Administration of Medicines Policy: The aim of the policy is to minimise health risks to children and staff on the school premises.
Anti-Bullying Policy: The Board of Management recognises the very serious nature of bullying and the negative impact that it can have on the lives of pupils. The Board is therefore fully committed to best practice in preventing and tackling bullying behaviour.
Child Protection Policy: Our new procedures are based on the recently published Children First – National Guidance for the Protection and Welfare of Children 2011.
Custody and Separation Policy: This policy will try to provide clear parameters regarding the school’s approach to the issue of parental separation.
Our enrolment policies are set out in accordance with the provisions of the Education Act (1998).
Healthy Lunch Policy: In line with the aims of the curriculum for Social Personal and Health Education, the school promotes healthy eating amongst pupils and a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle.
Homework Policy: As children work at different rates, the following times are a useful guide for pupils, parents and teachers on the amount of homework that is deemed appropriate.
Maths Plan 2014: This plan is a record of whole school decisions in relation to Maths in line with the Primary Curriculum, 1999. It is intended to guide teachers in their individual planning for Maths.
